Great Developments Begin The New Year

I am happy to say that Aliette de Bodard’s novella, ‘On A Red Station, Drifting,‘ has received a great review in LOCUS by Rich Horton, who calls the story ‘an original and ambitous tale’. Moreover, the novella has been placed on the LOCUS Recommended Reading List for 2012, and has also received support from Gardner Dozois.

I am happy for Aliette, who is a wonderful writer.  As the publisher of the novella, I feel very proud to have put this wonderful story to print and see it succeed so well. (In case you didn’t know, I am publisher/editor for Immersion Press).

Well done, Aliette!

Additionally, Chris Bulter’s novella  ‘Flight of the Ravens‘ has been shortlisted for the BSFA Award for Best Short, 2012. I am also proud to have published this fantastic piece of fantasy fiction.

Good luck to Chris at the awards ceremony this Easter!
