Another Good Review

Well, 2011 starts off with a good review of The Immersion Book of SF from the good people at the very cool Abyss & Apex Magazine.

That makes four good professional reviews (six reviews in total, if  you feel generous and want to count two good reviews from personal blogs).

Here’s hoping 2011 shapes up to be a mighty fine year.

Immersion Book of SF Celebration

Had a great time at the pub celebrating The Immersion Book of SF.  Great friends and authors showed up for some drinks, food, and the conversation was electric. I tell you I was in awe of the High-Priestess of SF&F, Tanith Lee. She is such a sweetheart, a wonderfully warm and friendly person. Writer Al Robertson was on hand, and he is such an intelligent man he almost blew my mind. Chris Butler, Gareth Owens were chewing the fat with Jessica Payne, Stephen Gaskell, and artist Charles Harbour. The wonderful  Liz and Deirdre Counihan were  there,  adding a touch of grace to the celebrations. All in all, a wonderful evening.

On another note, The Immersion Book of SF is selling well, so get your copy.

Interview at SF Signal

The incredible Charles Tan conducts an interview with me over at the reknowned SF Signal website. We talk all things SF, including The Immersion Book of SF, fiction, Immersion Press, and, well, you go read the rest.

SF Signal is a great place for news and reviews of all things going on in the world of speculative fiction.  I am very stoked to be on the site, as it is one of the best places to go for SF, and there is something there for everyone. You could, literally, spend a whole day going through all the great information there.

So go on! Get going!
